Priorities
District 7 is an amazing place to live and we have so many more opportunities to improve our district and our city.
I have a proven track record of getting results on issues that matter to our community, such as:
Developed and passed the Efficient Use of Energy Act and the Sustainable Buildings Tax Credit, both of which increased energy efficiency programs with an emphasis on low-income households.
Created a program for the City to help small businesses save money by reducing their energy use.
Worked with City Council to allocate funds to provide home improvements for low-income residents that will reduce their energy use and lower their energy burden.
Provided education to law enforcement officers about the link between animal abuse and domestic violence.
As your city councilor, I will continue working to improve our community and get results. I will be your unrelenting advocate on City Council to ensure that all families in District 7 benefit from:
A transition to a clean energy economy, with reduced utility costs, cheaper and cleaner transportation options, and healthier air and water.
Relief from the COVID pandemic, for working families and small businesses alike.
Safe streets with more programs to address substance abuse and behavioral health, with equal rights and protections for all residents, regardless of race, religion, ability, or identity.
City policies that protect and respect all animals.
I hope I can earn your support.
